This was the first car repair I have experienced and it was absolutely amazing. The customer service was great and I was informed of the process throughout. In fact, I unfortunately am requiring repair on another vehicle and I already know where it is going! Thanks Cushmans!

I can’t say enough great things about Cushman Paint and Body! From start to finish, they kept me informed every step of the way — giving me updates on my car’s repairs on the bumper on Tuesday and Thursday just like they promised. I was originally told it would take about two weeks, but to my surprise, I got my car back in just one week — and it looks brand new! The attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service were all top-notch. I truly appreciate how transparent and efficient the entire process was. Thank you, Cushman Paint and Body, for going above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the results

Can’t say enough about Cushmans Paint and Body. Would highly recommend for paint and body needs around the CSRA. Very satisfied with the timely fix, quality of work and communication. Chip Dowdy was our POC and kept us informed through the whole process . He was thorough and approachable, which is hard to come by in this industry. Got our car looking good as new as if it never happened !
